RoboSep APC Positive Slctn Kit II

Designed by STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic positive selection kit isolates cells labeled with APC (allophycocyanin)-conjugated antibodies from single-cell suspensions without the use of columns. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing APC and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet. Labeled cells remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off, supporting a fast, column-free workflow.

The kit is suited for cell types including B cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes and subsets, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, macrophages, marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells, monocytes, mononuclear cells, myeloid cells, NK cells, plasma cells, and T cells. Compatible sample sources include bone marrow, buffy coat, cord blood, leukapheresis, PBMC, peripheral blood, and spleen. Validated species are non-human primate and rat.
