NeuroCult Differentiation Kit

Pairing with the NeuroCult proliferation workflow, this differentiation system from STEMCELL Technologies supports serum-free in vitro differentiation of neural stem and progenitor cells into neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes. The kit is widely used to model neurogenesis, study glial biology, and screen compounds that influence neuronal or glial fate decisions under defined, xeno-free conditions. Adult mouse or rat nervous tissue-derived neurospheres can be expanded in the companion proliferation medium and then transitioned into the differentiation supplement to generate mixed or selectively enriched neural populations for downstream assays, imaging, or transcriptomic profiling. It is supplied as a bottle-format liquid concentrate added to a base medium, and the product is for research use only. Store at -20°C; the differentiation supplement retains activity across the stated shelf life when handled under recommended conditions, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided by aliquoting upon first use.
