MyoCult-SF Expansion Supplement Kit (Hu)

Defined, xeno-free expansion system from STEMCELL Technologies for the serum-free in vitro propagation of primary human skeletal muscle progenitors, including satellite cells and myoblasts. The kit eliminates lot-to-lot variability of animal-derived sera and supports self-renewal of myogenic cells over multiple passages while preserving their differentiation capacity for downstream assays.

Components are supplied as frozen, ready-to-use aliquots in single-use vials. Store at -20 °C and thaw immediately before combining with a compatible basal medium. The single-use aliquot format minimizes freeze-thaw cycles and preserves activity for monolayer cell culture of dissociated human skeletal muscle tissue. Resulting expanded populations can be characterized by immunostaining for myogenic markers, flow cytometry, and functional differentiation assays.
