Included cold-medium buffer supports crypt dissociation, and the kit provides reagents for early passage establishment and contamination control. Components ship in a kit format comprising vials of basal medium, supplement, and buffer; the supplement is stored at -20°C while basal components are kept refrigerated at 2-8°C.
