EasySepHLA WB Ttl Lymphocyte Enrich Kit

This negative-selection immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched total lymphocytes — including T cells, B cells, and NK cells — directly from whole blood by removing non-target cells such as granulocytes, monocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets via antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The label-free, phenotypically preserved lymphocyte fraction is ready for downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays, with surface markers intact for staining panels or activation studies.

Whole blood is processed directly, eliminating the need for Ficoll-Paque or other density-gradient centrifugation and shortening hands-on time. Reagents are supplied as single-use components; the magnetic-particle suspension is kept refrigerated until first use and protected from light to preserve activity. The protocol is compatible with the manual EasySep magnet as well as the automated RoboSep-S and RoboSep cell-processing instruments for walk-away workflows. Research use only.
