Engineered for post-transplant monitoring after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, this lymphoid enrichment kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, and NK cells directly from whole blood for downstream chimerism analysis. The Sample format supports processing of up to 4 mL of whole blood per separation, accommodating limited clinical specimens.

Using column-free magnetic separation with EasySep RapidSpheres, the workflow enriches lymphoid populations without density gradient centrifugation, producing cells ready for downstream molecular assays such as STR-PCR or qPCR-based chimerism testing. The isolated fraction provides the lineage-specific purity required to distinguish donor from recipient contributions when tracking engraftment.
