EasySepHLA Chim WB CD33 Pos Slctn Kit

STEMCELL Technologies' EasySep™ kit isolates highly purified CD33+ myeloid cells from fresh human whole blood or buffy coat using immunomagnetic positive selection. An antibody recognizing the CD33 surface marker labels target cells along with magnetic particles, and unwanted cells are poured off while desired cells remain in the tube — no columns required.

Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction for lineage-specific chimerism analysis. The kit processes 60 mL of whole blood, accepts sample volumes of 0.25 - 4.5 mL, and is compatible with "The Big Easy" and EasyEights™ magnets as well as the RoboSep™ automated platform. Recommended medium is EasySep™ Buffer, RoboSep™ Buffer, or PBS containing 2% FBS and 1 mM EDTA.

Starting with fresh whole blood, CD33+ cell content of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 60.2 - 79.6%, with a separate report of 96 ± 2% purity (mean ± SD) using "The Big Easy" magnet. The kit targets up to 99% purity.
