EasySepHLA Chim WB CD3 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enables the isolation of highly purified CD3+ cells from fresh human whole blood or buffy coat by immunomagnetic positive selection. The column-free workflow uses antibodies and magnetic particles to label target cells, which are then separated with an EasySep™ magnet. No columns are required: unwanted cells are simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube, and the isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

The kit targets CD3+ cells with an antibody recognizing the CD3 surface marker and is designed for processing 60 mL of buffy coat or whole blood. It is compatible across EasySep™ "The Big Easy", EasyEights™, and RoboSep™-S platforms, supporting both manual and fully automated workflows. Sample volumes range from 0.5 to 4.5 mL per separation. Components supplied include the EasySep™ HLA Chimerism Whole Blood CD3 Positive Selection Cocktail (a combination of monoclonal antibodies in PBS, including an Fc receptor blocking antibody), EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™, and EasySep™ Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer supplied as a 10X concentrate.

Typical CD3+ content of the isolated fraction ranges from 92.4% to 99.8%, with performance reaching up to 99% purity. When automated on the RoboSep™-S platform, purities of up to 99% can be achieved in as little as 25 minutes.
