EasySepHLA Chim WB CD19 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic kit is designed for HLA chimerism research workflows and isolates highly purified human CD19+ cells from fresh whole blood, buffy coat, or leukoreduction system chamber (LRSC or LRS cone) samples using column-free positive selection. Cells are labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles and separated with an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube. The kit can process up to 60 mL of buffy coat or whole blood, and isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

No columns are required, and the kit is compatible across EasySep™ platforms, including "The Big Easy", EasyEights™, and RoboSep™-S. The selection cocktail includes an Fc receptor blocking antibody, and a 10X red blood cell lysis buffer is supplied. Typical CD19+ purity of the isolated fraction ranges from 94.3 - 99.6%, with up to 99% purity achievable in the workflow.
