EasySepHLA Chim WB B Cell Pos Slctn Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers an immunomagnetic positive selection kit for isolating highly purified human B cells in HLA analysis workflows. The kit targets CD19+ and CD20+ cells from fresh human whole blood, buffy coat, or a leukoreduction system (LRS) cone, using a column-free protocol with an EasySep™ magnet.

The kit is compatible across EasySep™ platforms, including 'The Big Easy', EasyEights™, and RoboSep™-S. Purity can reach up to 97%. Starting from whole blood, the B cell content (CD19+CD20+) of the isolated fraction is typically 92.5 ± 5.6% (gated on CD45+ cells; mean ± SD using 'The Big Easy'). When processing an LRS cone, the B cell content (CD22+CD43-) of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 87.6 - 96.0%.

The fast, column-free workflow uses monoclonal antibodies and magnetic particles to label desired cells; unwanted cells are simply poured off while target cells remain in the tube. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.
