EasySepHLA Chim BC CD56 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic kit isolates highly purified human CD56+ cells from freshly prepared buffy coat and leukoreduction system chamber (LRSC or LRS cone) using EasySep™ column-free immunomagnetic separation.

Typical performance shows CD56+ cell content of the isolated fraction ranging from 95.8 - 99.5% when gated on CD45+ using "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet. In a representative example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 8.5% and 98.4%, respectively. RBCs are removed from the start sample by lysis prior to flow cytometry. Purity assessment of isolated cells is supported by flow cytometry analysis with the Anti-Human CD56 Antibody, Clone HCD56, APC-Conjugated.
