EasySep Release Ms PE Pos Slctn Kit-Sam

Mouse cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies can be positively selected from a single-cell suspension and then released free of magnetic particles and the selection reagent using the EasySep Release Mouse PE Positive Selection Kit from STEMCELL Technologies. This release format is intended for workflows where the recovered population needs to be free of surface-bound antibody and beads before downstream use.

The workflow uses an EasySep magnet-compatible PE Selection Cocktail, dextrin-coated Magnetic Particles, and a Release Buffer. Labeled cells are captured against the magnet, washed, and released from the particles in a short incubation step, yielding a high-purity target population suitable for restimulation, adoptive transfer, flow cytometry, in vitro culture, and sequencing.

The kit is supplied in a single-use format sized for processing a 100 µL sample volume per separation at room temperature, with input typically prepared from mouse spleen, bone marrow, lymph node, or peripheral blood. Reagents should be refrigerated upon receipt and are for research use only.
