EasySep Release Mo APC Pos Slctn Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers an immunomagnetic positive selection system for isolating particle-free mouse cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes using particle release technology. The kit combines the EasySep™ cell isolation platform with Releasable RapidSpheres™ to deliver highly purified immune cells. In a representative isolation, CD45+ cell frequencies were 64.8% in the starting fraction and 98.5% in the isolated fraction.

Cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies are magnetically separated using the EasySep™ magnet in a column-free workflow: unwanted cells are removed by simply pouring off the solution, while APC-labeled cells remain in the tube. The bound magnetic particles can then be released from the isolated cells so they can be used directly in downstream applications. Researchers should note that after separation, antibody complexes remain bound to the cell surface and may interact with Brilliant Violet™ antibody complexes, polyethylene glycol-modified proteins, or other chemically related ligands.
