EasySep Release Hu CD4 Pos Slctn Kit

The EasySep™ Release platform from STEMCELL Technologies combines the speed and ease of column-free immunomagnetic isolation with the flexibility of Releasable RapidSpheres™, enabling the separation of particle-free, highly purified immune cells. This kit performs immunomagnetic positive selection of human CD4+ cells and can be used with human samples as well as samples from humanized mice.

It is designed to isolate cells labeled with either APC-, PE-, or biotin-conjugated antibodies by immunomagnetic positive selection, and may also be applied to cell isolation from other species (for example, rat) where a suitable blocker is available.
