EasySep Release Hu CD19 Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit combines the speed and ease of the EasySep cell isolation platform with the flexibility of Releasable RapidSpheres for the separation of particle-free, highly purified immune cells. It enables isolation of highly purified, magnetic particle-free human CD19+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells or washed leukapheresis samples using a simple, optimized protocol. The kit can be used with human samples and samples from humanized mice, and incorporates a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human and chimpanzee CD19.

Starting with a single-cell suspension of human PBMCs, the CD19+ cell content of the isolated fraction is typically 97.7 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep Magnet). In an example run, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions were 6.2% and 98.0%, respectively. The product is designed for immunomagnetic positive selection of human CD19+ cells.
