Isolate untouched human CD19+ B lymphocytes from single-cell suspensions using this immunomagnetic, positive-selection kit. Cells are tagged with a tetrameric antibody complex directed against CD19 and cross-linked to magnetic particles. A standard benchtop magnet holds labeled B cells against the tube wall while unlabeled cells are simply poured off, leaving a clean B cell fraction in suspension.

Following separation, the included Release reagent cleaves the cell-particle linkage so recovered B cells are stripped of magnetic beads and any residual surface-bound antibodies. Surface markers stay native and unmodified, supporting immediate downstream staining, phenotyping by flow cytometry, functional assays, in vitro culture, or cell culture expansion without an intervening rest step.

The sample-size configuration supplies antibody cocktail, magnetic particles, and release reagent in single-use vials scaled for small inputs, typically 0.25 to 2 mL of leukopak, buffy coat, or peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspension. Protocols are performed at room temperature in a standard tube, with no columns, no density-gradient centrifugation, and no specialized consumables required.
