Magnetic positive selection from STEMCELL Technologies that isolates human cells tagged with an APC-conjugated antibody. The EasySep Release workflow uses a tetrameric antibody complex that binds the APC label on the target cell surface, draws labeled cells to a permanent magnet within a single 5 mL tube, and then releases the captured cells free of antibody complexes and dextran-coated magnetic particles so they can be used immediately in downstream applications such as flow cytometry, in vitro culture, and functional assays.

This sample-size kit is configured to process up to 1 x 10^8 cells per labeling cycle, with the full separation typically completed in about 15 minutes using the EasySep magnet. It is compatible with whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, and single-cell suspensions prepared from dissociated tissue. The pack contains a vial of APC Positive Selection Cocktail, a bottle of Release Buffer, and a vial of magnetic particles sized for the documented sample workload. Refrigerate the reagents between uses to preserve antibody binding activity and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
