EasySep Release Hu APC Pos Slctn Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this EasySep™ Release human APC positive selection kit combines the speed and ease of the EasySep™ cell isolation platform with the flexibility of Releasable RapidSpheres™ for the separation of particle-free, highly purified immune cells. The kit isolates cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies by immunomagnetic positive selection. Labeled cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing APC and Releasable RapidSpheres™, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Unwanted cells are simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube.

The kit can be used with human samples and samples from humanized mice, and may also be used for cell isolation from other species provided a suitable blocker is available. In a final step, bound magnetic particles are removed from the isolated, APC-antibody labeled cells, which are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. Typical purities reported for immune cells positively selected with EasySep™ Release kits include CD3+ cell content of 98.7 ± 0.9% and CD19+ cell content of 97.7 ± 2.3% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet).
