EasySep Rat T Cell Isolation Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers an immunomagnetic negative selection kit designed to isolate untouched rat T cells from single-cell suspensions of rat splenocytes, lymph nodes, or whole blood samples. The kit employs column-free separation using the EasySep™ magnet, in which unwanted cells are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles and retained within the tube, while T cells are collected by pouring or pipetting the suspension into a new vessel.

According to the typical EasySep™ Rat T Cell Isolation Profile, starting with rat splenocytes, the T cell content (CD3+) of the isolated fraction is typically 98.1 ± 1.4% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet with the optional additional separation).
