EasySep Rat B Cell Iso Kit - Sam

Built around immunomagnetic negative selection, the EasySep Rat B Cell Isolation Kit from STEMCELL Technologies enriches untouched B lymphocytes from rat spleen, lymph node, or bone marrow single-cell suspensions. Non-target cells are tagged with a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles, then pulled out with an EasySep magnet while desired B cells remain in suspension.

Each vial of reagents supports processing of up to 1 x 10^9 leukocytes per separation in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature, with no columns or special buffers required. Isolated cells retain viability and surface marker expression compatible with flow cytometry, in vitro functional assays, and in vivo adoptive transfer. The kit is supplied in a single-use format and is intended for research use only.
