EasySep PE Positive Slctn Kit II-Sam

Magnetic cell isolation system from STEMCELL Technologies for fast, column-free positive enrichment of cells pre-labeled with a phycoerythrin (PE)-conjugated antibody. The kit pairs a PE-specific tetrameric antibody complex with dextran-coated magnetic nanoparticles, enabling researchers to selectively retain target lymphocytes or other tagged populations when placed in an EasySep magnet. The straightforward protocol involves adding 50 ul of selection cocktail per ml of cell suspension, a brief incubation, and a short magnetic separation step with no columns or centrifugation required. Compatible with whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, splenocytes, and other single-cell suspensions, and supports downstream applications such as flow cytometry, in vitro cell culture, and functional assays. Reagents are supplied in a ready-to-use kit format with components stored refrigerated to maintain reagent activity, and the system is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
