EasySep PE Positive Selection Kit II

A cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies designed for the positive selection of PE-conjugated antibody-labeled cells from single-cell suspensions. The kit enables column-free immunomagnetic separation of target cells labeled with PE antibodies. PE-labeled cells are bound by antibody complexes that recognize PE and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells removed by pouring or pipetting so that the desired cells remain in the tube.

Described as a successor to the original EasySep™ PE Positive Selection Kit offering faster separation. Related EasySep™ kits from the same platform support isolation of cells labeled with APC- or FITC-conjugated antibodies, biotinylated antibodies, or custom mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibodies. Compatible magnets and cell separation buffers are available separately.
