EasySep NHP T Cell Iso Kit-Sam

Isolate untouched CD3+ T lymphocytes from non-human primate samples with this sample-format magnetic cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies. Built for immunology, vaccine, and infectious-disease workflows using rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey, or baboon starting material, the kit applies the EasySep negative-selection platform to deplete non-T cells while preserving native T-cell surface markers, leaving the population ready for downstream functional assays such as flow cytometry, proliferation studies, and intracellular cytokine staining.

Each kit ships with a T-cell antibody cocktail and magnetic particles for use with a manual EasySep magnet or the automated RoboSep instrument (sold separately). The sample-size configuration suits pilot studies, protocol optimization, and feasibility testing before scaling up. Cells are processed in a standard tube without columns, and the full separation typically finishes in roughly 25 minutes from sample loading to washed, ready-to-use T cells. Compatible with fresh or cryopreserved PBMCs, splenocytes, and lymph node single-cell suspensions prepared from whole blood or tissue digests.
