EasySep NHP CD8+ T Cell Iso Kit-Sam

STEMCELL Technologies offers an immunomagnetic cell isolation kit built on its EasySep platform that enriches CD8-positive T lymphocytes from non-human primate samples without columns or density-gradient centrifugation. The reagent pairs a tetrameric antibody complex with dextran-iron magnetic particles so target cells can be positively selected or isolated by untouched negative selection, then separated in a magnet.

Validated for cynomolgus and rhesus macaque peripheral blood mononuclear cells, splenocytes, and lymph node single-cell suspensions, the kit is widely used in SIV/SHIV infection models, transplant tolerance studies, and vaccine immunogenicity research. Isolated CD8+ T cells feed directly into downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays. Recovered populations are high-purity and ready for in vitro use.

Each kit contains the antibody cocktail and EasySep magnetic particles supplied in single-use vials; reagents are stored at 2-8 degrees C and shipped on cold packs. The product is intended for research use only and is compatible with RoboSep automated cell processors for walk-away isolation of multiple samples in parallel.
