EasySep NHP CD4+ T Cell Iso Kit-Sam

Magnetic negative selection enriches CD4-positive T lymphocytes from non-human primate samples with this EasySep kit from STEMCELL Technologies. Unwanted cells are labeled with a cocktail of antibodies and magnetic particles, leaving the CD4+ T cell population untouched and ready for downstream assays such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional immunology studies.

Targeted at small-sample workflows with a recommended sample volume of 0.25 to 2 mL of peripheral blood or splenocyte suspension, the kit supports research in cynomolgus and rhesus macaque models used in vaccine, infectious disease, and transplant studies. The column-free procedure requires minimal hands-on time, with isolated cells remaining in suspension for immediate phenotyping or in vitro stimulation.

Components are supplied in a single-use vial format and arrive refrigerated; the antibody cocktail and magnetic particles should be kept cold until use. The product is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
