EasySep NHP CD4+ T Cell Iso Kit

STEMCELL Technologies offers an EasySep™ immunomagnetic kit for isolating highly purified CD4+ T cells from PBMCs of non-human primates, including rhesus and cynomolgus macaques, in as little as 25 minutes.

A compatible magnet for column-free immunomagnetic separation and EasySep™ cell separation buffer are required. The kit is supported by compatible antibodies for purity assessment, including a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD4, and a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD8a.

In an example using rhesus macaque PBMCs, the CD4+ T cell content within the CD45+CD3+ gate measured 49.5% in the start fraction and 92.3% in the final isolated fraction.
