EasySep NHP B Cell Iso Kit

A positive-selection immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables researchers to isolate highly purified non-human primate B cells from non-human primate PBMCs in as little as 20 minutes. The kit relies on column-free separation with the EasySep™ Magnet and is supported by protocols trusted by scientists for over 20 years.

Starting with rhesus PBMCs, the isolated fraction typically shows a B cell (CD20+) content of 91.4 ± 5.2% (mean ± SD) when the purple EasySep™ Magnet is used. Selection is mediated by a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody against human, rhesus, and cynomolgus CD20, making the kit suitable for work with rhesus and cynomolgus macaques.
