EasySep Negative Human T Cell, 0.3mL

Immunomagnetic negative selection from STEMCELL Technologies enriches untouched human T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or whole blood. Non-target cells, including B cells, monocytes, NK cells, granulocytes, and erythroid precursors, are labeled with a monoclonal antibody cocktail and magnetic nanoparticles, then separated using an EasySep magnet and discarded. The result is a highly pure, functional T cell population suitable for downstream flow cytometry, proliferation assays, cytokine profiling, and other in vitro immunology studies.

The 0.3 mL vial contains the antibody cocktail and is intended for research use only in cell culture workflows. Because the negative selection approach leaves T cells unlabeled, surface marker expression, viability, and function are preserved, supporting accurate phenotyping and downstream functional assays without the confounding effects of directly conjugated antibodies.
