EasySep Negative Human CD8, 0.3mL

From STEMCELL Technologies, this 0.3 mL reagent is part of the Stem Cell Identification & Isolation category and belongs to the EasySep™ Negative Human CD8 cell isolation line, designed for the negative-selection enrichment of CD8+ T cells.

The workflow uses Tetrameric Antibody Complexes that recognize non-CD8+ T cells and glycophorin A, combined with dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the need for columns, and the desired untouched cells are poured off into a new tube.

It is intended for use with fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or with ammonium chloride-lysed leukapheresis samples, and provides a fast, column-free isolation producing viable cells with up to 95% purity.
