EasySep Negative Human CD4 kit - Sample

This sample-format cell separation kit from STEMCELL Technologies is designed for the isolation of human CD4+ T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or leukapheresis samples by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-CD4+ T cells and then labeled with dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns, allowing the untouched, viable CD4+ T cells to be poured off into a new tube.

Part of the EasySep™ and RoboSep™ product lines, the kit is intended for immunology-related research and cell separation applications, and can be used with fresh or previously frozen peripheral mononuclear cells.
