EasySep Ms TIL CD45 Pos Sel Kit

STEMCELL Technologies' immunomagnetic kit isolates highly purified mouse CD45+ tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) from single-cell suspensions of solid mouse tumors using a column-free selection method. The EasySep™ Mouse TIL (CD45) Positive Selection Kit is optimized for isolating CD45+ cells from tumor tissue of three common mouse tumor models — 4T1 mammary tumor, B16-F10 melanoma, and CT26.WT colon carcinoma — and is recommended for samples where the starting frequency of CD45+ cells is low (<30%). The procedure enriches CD45+ immune cells in as little as 18 minutes.

The selection protocol provides flexibility to skew the isolation toward high purity or high recovery, and isolated cells preserve function for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and cell-based assays. Manufacturer-reported isolation profiles obtained with the purple EasySep™ Magnet include B16-F10 tumors at 1 x 10⁸ cells/mL (start 14.8%, final 95.2%), 4T1 tumors at 4 x 10⁷ cells/mL (start 37.6%, final 93.0%), and CT26.WT tumors at 2.5 x 10⁷ cells/mL (start 32.3%, final 84.6%).

Workflow-compatible reagents include a red blood cell lysis reagent, a cell dissociation reagent, 10X Collagenase/hyaluronidase in DMEM, and anti-CD45 antibodies: a rat monoclonal IgG2b against mouse CD45, plus mouse monoclonal antibodies against mouse CD45.1 and CD45.2.
