Enrich mouse hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells expressing the Ly-6A/E (SCA1) surface marker using the EasySep Mouse SCA1 Positive Selection Kit from STEMCELL Technologies. This column-free immunomagnetic system labels target cells with a tetrameric antibody complex and dextran-coated magnetic particles, then isolates them in a standard tube using a magnet. The Sample configuration is supplied in a single vial sized for evaluating enrichment efficiency on small bone marrow, spleen, or fetal liver preparations, providing a low-commitment option for laboratories validating SCA1 isolation workflows before scaling up.
