EasySep Ms PE Positive Slcn Kit II - 5x

A positive selection immunomagnetic kit from STEMCELL Technologies is designed to isolate highly purified mouse cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies. Working from single-cell suspensions such as mouse splenocytes or bone marrow, the kit uses antibody complexes that recognize PE and dextran-coated magnetic particles, with separation performed using an EasySep™ magnet without the need for columns. Target cells are retained in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

In a representative example starting with mouse splenocytes, the starting and final isolated fractions showed purities of 20.5% and 91.6% respectively, using a PE-conjugated anti-mouse CD4 antibody. Compatible magnets include the EasySep™ Magnet, "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet, and RoboSep™-S. For applications where highly purified, particle-free cells are required, the EasySep™ Release Mouse PE Positive Selection Kit is recommended. The kit is intended for research use only and is suited to a wide range of mouse cell types, including B cells, dendritic cells, granulocytes and subsets, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, macrophages, marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem and progenitor cells, monocytes, mononuclear cells, myeloid cells, NK cells, plasma cells, and T cells.
