EasySep Ms PE Positive Selection Kit II

STEMCELL Technologies offers an immunomagnetic kit for isolating highly purified mouse cells labeled with PE-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, or other single cell suspensions. The column-free workflow relies on a magnet for immunomagnetic separation.

Using a PE-conjugated anti-mouse CD4 antibody with mouse splenocytes, the kit achieves a starting fraction purity of 20.5% and enriches the isolated fraction to 91.6% purity. Related protocols extend the approach to mouse cells labeled with biotin-, APC-, or FITC-conjugated antibodies, and compatible antibodies are available for assessing the purity of the isolated cells.
