EasySep Ms FITC Positive Slctn Kit II

This STEMCELL Technologies kit enables immunomagnetic positive selection of highly purified cells labeled with FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate)-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, or other single-cell suspensions. The system requires no columns; cells labeled with antibodies and magnetic particles are separated using an EasySep™ magnet, with unwanted cells simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube.

The kit targets cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies (not provided) and is designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or cell-based assays. The workflow is fast and easy to use.

Supplied components include an EasySep™ FITC Selection Cocktail, an EasySep™ Mouse FcR Blocker, EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ 50100, and a RoboSep™ Vial for the primary conjugated antibody. Components should be stored at 2 - 8°C and not frozen. The kit is compatible with EasySep™ magnets, "The Big Easy", EasyEights™, and the fully automated RoboSep™ instrument, with both manual and automated protocols available. Sample preparation guidance is provided for spleen and bone marrow sources, and recommended media include EasySep™ Buffer, RoboSep™ Buffer, or PBS containing 2% fetal bovine serum and 1 mM EDTA, free of Ca++ and Mg++.
