EasySep Ms Epithelial Cell Enrich Kit II

STEMCELL Technologies offers a kit for the enrichment of untouched, highly purified epithelial cells from freshly dissociated mouse mammary and other tissues by immunomagnetic negative selection. The column-free workflow uses biotinylated antibodies that recognize non-epithelial cell surface markers, with unwanted cells labeled and removed using magnetic particles and an EasySep magnet.

Capable of processing 1 x 10^9 cells, the procedure can be completed in under 1 hour. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or DNA/RNA extraction. When starting with mouse mammary tissues, the epithelial cell content of the enriched fraction is typically 96.97 ± 0.54% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep Magnet).
