EasySep Ms CD45 Pos Sel Kit-Sam

STEMCELL Technologies' EasySep Mouse CD45 Positive Selection Kit (sample format) isolates CD45+ leukocytes from mouse single-cell suspensions using an immunomagnetic, column-free workflow. The kit combines a tetrameric antibody complex directed against the CD45 pan-leukocyte surface antigen with dextran-coated magnetic particles, enabling positive selection of untouched, viable leukocytes. Typical processing time is approximately 8 to 15 minutes, with no columns or density gradients required, and isolated cells retain functional properties for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and adoptive transfer studies.

The kit is suitable for use with mouse spleen, bone marrow, lymph node, and peripheral blood preparations. Reagents are supplied in single-use vials ready for direct addition to the cell suspension. The sample-size configuration supports small input volumes typical of pilot experiments and limited mouse cohorts, allowing researchers to optimize enrichment conditions before scaling to larger cohorts.
