EasySep Ms CD4+CD25+ RegTCell Iso Kit II

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic kit enables the isolation of highly purified mouse CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions. The column-free, two-step procedure first pre-enriches CD4+ T cells and then positively selects CD25+ cells using an EasySep™ magnet. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, or DNA/RNA extraction.

Designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells, the kit typically yields regulatory T cell content (CD4+CD25+FOXP3+) in the isolated fraction ranging from 70 - 93%, with up to 93% purity. Select EasySep™ Mouse kits transitioned in early 2023 to include a Mouse FcR Blocker in place of Normal Rat Serum, with all components now shipped in a single package.
