EasySep Ms CD11c Pos Kit II+Spl Dis-Sam

From STEMCELL Technologies, the EasySep™ Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit II with Spleen Dissociation Medium isolates highly purified CD11c+ cells from splenocytes or other tissues by immunomagnetic positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibodies and magnetic particles, then separated with an EasySep™ magnet without the need for columns. Unwanted cells are simply poured off while desired cells remain in the tube, and the isolated cells are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments.

The kit can be used in place of the earlier EasySep™ Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit for faster cell isolations, and it does not label isolated cells with PE. Reported purity is up to 95%. No columns are required and isolated cells are not fluorochrome-labeled. It is suited to mouse cell types including dendritic cells, granulocytes and their subtypes, monocytes, and NK cells, and accepts samples from bone marrow, spleen, or other sources. The product is intended for immunology applications and cell separation workflows.
