EasySep Ms APC Positive Slctn Kit II

This cell isolation kit from STEMCELL Technologies uses column-free immunomagnetic separation to isolate mouse cells labeled with APC-conjugated antibodies from mouse splenocytes, bone marrow, or other single-cell suspensions. The kit employs a magnet for separation, and compatible antibodies are available for assessing the purity of isolated cells.

In a representative example using mouse splenocytes with an APC-conjugated anti-mouse CD4 antibody, the starting fraction purity was 19.2% and the final isolated fraction reached 99.4% purity. Product materials also reference positive selection protocols for mouse cells labeled with biotin-, PE-, or FITC-conjugated antibodies.
