EasySep Ms APC Pos Slctn Kit II-Sam

Magnetic positive-selection reagent for isolating mouse cell populations previously labeled with an APC-conjugated antibody. The kit from STEMCELL Technologies pairs with any researcher-supplied APC antibody, directing EasySep RapidSpheres to APC-tagged cells so they are pulled to the magnet while unlabeled cells are poured off. A typical preparation completes in roughly 30 minutes at room temperature without the use of columns, spins, or density gradients. Resulting suspensions are routinely recovered at >85% with purity above 90%, ready for downstream flow cytometry staining panels, in vitro culture, transplantation into recipient animals, or nucleic acid extraction. Intended for research use only.

The single-use components include a vial of selection cocktail and a bottle of magnetic particles; both should be kept refrigerated between uses.
