EasySep Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit

Part of the STEMCELL Technologies immunology workflow, this immunomagnetic isolation kit enables negative selection of mouse T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues in as little as 15 minutes. The EasySep column-free platform combines monoclonal antibody specificity with a simple pour-off step, yielding viable, functional cells without columns or washes.

Starting from mouse spleen, the typical T cell purity (CD3+CD19-) of the isolated fraction is 96.6 ± 2.0% (mean ± SD) when used with the purple EasySep magnet. The kit is designed to process up to 1 × 10^9 cells and is compatible with staining antibodies against CD3e and CD90 for downstream purity assessment. The platform is supported by 20+ years of published research, and EasySep kits can achieve up to 99% cell purities with high recoveries.

Starting in early 2023, the kit transitioned from Normal Rat Serum to Mouse FcR Blocker, with all components now shipped in a single package while maintaining the same performance.
