EasySep Mouse pDC Isolation Kit - Sample

Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) are a rare immune population that can be rapidly enriched from mouse single-cell suspensions using this sample-format EasySep kit from STEMCELL Technologies. The magnetic, column-free system combines a pDC-specific antibody cocktail with EasySep nanoparticles to positively select target cells directly in a tube, eliminating the need for separation columns.

The sample size is intended for small-scale trial isolations from sources such as mouse spleen or lymph node tissue, supporting downstream flow cytometry, cell culture, and in vitro functional studies. Enriched pDCs retain viability and are amenable to cytokine profiling, antigen presentation assays, and viral response research. Reagents ship in single-use vials for laboratory research use only.
