EasySep Mouse Pan-B Cell Iso Kit-Sam

The EasySep Mouse Pan-B Cell Isolation Kit, Sample Size, from STEMCELL Technologies uses immunomagnetic negative selection to enrich untouched B220+ B lymphocytes from mouse splenocytes, lymph node single-cell suspensions, or bone marrow. Non-B cells are labeled with a biotinylated antibody cocktail that complexes with magnetic dextran-iron particles, then depleted when the tube is placed in an EasySep magnet. Because the B cells themselves are not targeted, the recovered population remains phenotypically unaltered and ready for downstream uses including flow cytometry, in vitro stimulation, adoptive transfer, and B-cell receptor repertoire analysis.

Supplied as a sample-size reagent set for roughly 1 x 10^9 total cells or 1 to 2 small-scale preparations, the kit is commonly used to evaluate workflow performance before scaling to the full-size format. The column-free protocol completes in approximately 30 minutes at room temperature, and isolated cells can be taken directly into culture, staining, or functional assays without further processing. A single-use vial of the EasySep Mouse Pan-B Cell Enrichment Cocktail and a separate vial of magnetic particles are included, each stored at 2 to 8 degrees C until first use.
