EasySep Mouse NK Iso Kit - Sample

This immunomagnetic negative-selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched mouse natural killer (NK) cells from single-cell suspensions prepared from spleen, lymph node, or bone marrow tissue. The EasySep workflow uses magnetic nanoparticles directed against non-NK surface markers, allowing labeled unwanted cells to be retained on a magnet while the NK cell fraction passes through as a purified population ready for downstream use.

As a sample-size configuration, it contains smaller reagent volumes intended for pilot studies, method evaluation, or low-throughput experiments rather than full production runs. The reagent is mouse-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity toward human lymphocyte antigens, which makes it appropriate for in vivo mouse adoptive-transfer studies, NK cell cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry phenotyping, and cell culture work. Refrigerate upon arrival and protect from light; each vial of antibody cocktail and magnetic particles is supplied in a single-use format sufficient for processing small sample batches.
