EasySep Mouse Naïve CD8+ TCell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit isolates untouched, highly purified mouse naïve CD8+ T cells (CD3+CD8+CD44-CD62L+) from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or lymph nodes. Unwanted cells are labeled with biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles, then separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet, with the desired cells poured off into a new tube.

Designed to be fast, easy-to-use, and column-free, the kit achieves typical purity of 92 - 98% in the isolated fraction, with up to 98% purity reported by the manufacturer. Isolated cells are immediately available for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments. The procedure supports manual and fully automated workflows and is intended for research use only — not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses.
