EasySep Mouse Naïve CD4+TCell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this isolation kit uses an immunomagnetic negative selection method to isolate untouched, highly purified mouse naïve CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD44lowCD62Lhigh) from splenocytes. The column-free protocol completes in as little as 15 minutes, with non-naïve CD4+ T cells labelled by biotinylated antibodies and magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet. Desired cells are simply poured or pipetted into a new tube and are immediately ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, or cell-based assays.

The kit includes an EasySep™ Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Cocktail, an EasySep™ Mouse Memory T Cell Depletion Cocktail, EasySep™ Streptavidin RapidSpheres™, and an EasySep™ Mouse FcR Blocker. It is compatible with the EasySep™ Magnet, the "The Big Easy" EasySep™ Magnet, the EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet, and the RoboSep™-S system, and is designed for processing 1 x 10^9 cells. Using single-cell suspensions from tissues other than spleen may require optimization.

Starting with mouse splenocytes from an uninfected mouse, the naïve CD4+ T cell content (CD4+CD44lowCD62Lhigh) of the isolated fraction typically ranges from 87.6 - 95.6%, with purities up to 95%. Cited in published research for more than 20 years, the kit supports mouse T cell activation and expansion workflows.
