EasySep Mouse Monocyte Iso Kit -Sam

Immunomagnetic negative selection from STEMCELL Technologies isolates untouched mouse monocytes in roughly 15 minutes without columns, gradients, or specialized rotors. A biotinylated antibody cocktail marks non-target leukocytes for depletion, and EasySep RapidSpheres pull those labeled cells to the side of the tube inside a magnet, leaving a purified monocyte fraction that pours off into a new vessel.

Common input is a single-cell suspension from mouse spleen, bone marrow, or peripheral blood, with a single vial supporting processing of up to 1 x 10^9 leukocytes and high recovery of cells that retain native surface marker expression. Prepared fractions are widely used downstream for flow cytometry, in vitro culture, phagocytosis assays, and adoptive transfer studies, and the procedure requires a separate EasySep magnet for the magnetic separation step.

The hands-on workflow comprises a 5 minute antibody incubation, a 3 minute RapidSphere incubation, and a 5 minute separation inside the magnet. Kit components include the monocyte enrichment cocktail and magnetic RapidSpheres, supplied as a refrigerated pair intended for research use only.
