EasySep Mouse Memory CD4 T Cell Iso Kit

From STEMCELL Technologies, this kit enables immunomagnetic isolation of highly purified mouse memory CD4+ T cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection. The column-free workflow targets non-memory CD4+ T cells for removal with biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles, and desired cells are simply poured off into a new tube using an EasySep™ magnet. Isolated cells are untouched and viable, and are ready immediately for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, and cell-based experiments.

Typical performance data starting with mouse splenocytes show memory CD4+ T cell purity ranging from 78 - 96%, with one representative example reporting start and isolated fractions of 5.3% and 90.2%, respectively. The kit is designed for processing up to 1 x 10^9 cells and includes a monoclonal antibody isolation cocktail, streptavidin-coated RapidSpheres™ magnetic particles, and normal rat serum.
