EasySep Mouse/Human Chimera Iso Kit-Sam

For research involving human cells recovered from mouse/human chimeric xenograft models, this immunomagnetic negative selection kit from STEMCELL Technologies provides a column-free workflow. A proprietary antibody cocktail labels unwanted mouse cells, which are then bound by magnetic nanoparticles and depleted in an EasySep magnet, leaving the untouched human cell population in suspension.

Intended for in vitro research use, the kit supports xenograft studies, hematopoietic research, and tumor microenvironment investigations. It accepts single-cell suspensions prepared from bone marrow, spleen, or peripheral blood of chimera models, and the entire procedure is performed in a standard tube without the need for separation columns.

Because negative selection preserves cell surface markers and viability, downstream applications such as flow cytometry, cell culture, PCR, and in vivo transplantation follow-up can be carried out on the recovered cells.
